Warranty Information

GOHOMIN provides standard warranty service for all product lines. This warranty applies only to business/commercial procurement customers.

1. Standard Warranty Period

12 months from the date of shipment, or 12 months from the completion of installation and commissioning, whichever occurs first. Specific projects are subject to the warranty period specified in the sales contract.

2. Warranty Coverage

Under normal use and maintenance conditions, product failures caused by raw material defects or manufacturing process issues will be repaired or replaced free of charge during the warranty period. This warranty covers only original factory workmanship and material defects. It does not cover labor service fees, logistics costs, customs duties, storage fees, or on-site service fees. All parts and labor costs during the warranty period are covered; after the warranty period, only manufacturer original factory warranty terms apply.

3. Warranty Exclusions

The following are not covered by this warranty:

• Human operational errors, improper use, or failure to install per instruction manual.
• Use of non-original parts, unauthorized modification, disassembly, or alteration of equipment wiring.
• Natural disasters, lightning strikes, fires, floods, typhoons, and other force majeure events.
• Normal wear and tear, natural consumption of consumable parts (seals, fuses, filters, lubricants).
• Long-term idle storage without proper maintenance.
• Unauthorized changes to technical parameters.

Any of the above conditions will void the warranty immediately.

4. Claim Process

Customers must notify us in writing via email within 7 working days of discovering a quality issue, providing the product nameplate photo, batch number, fault description, fault location photos, and high-definition video evidence. Our technical team will respond within 3 working days with a preliminary fault analysis report.

If determined to be within warranty scope, we will issue a free repair or replacement plan. Customer self-repair without our written authorization will not be reimbursed.

5. Replacement & Repair Details

For small components, replacement parts will be shipped as priority for customer self-replacement with remote video guidance. For large equipment requiring factory inspection, round-trip shipping costs are borne by the customer; import duties must be prepaid by the customer. Replaced products do not restart the overall warranty period — replacement parts follow the original unit's warranty. Under any warranty dispute, our cumulative liability is limited to the specific contract amount.

6. Disclaimer

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including customer installation costs, dismantling fees, downtime losses, power generation losses, or production interruption losses. We do not assume obligations for free full-unit replacement or full refund. No implied warranties exist beyond those expressly stated herein.

This warranty statement is ultimately interpreted by GOHOMIN TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD., which reserves the right to modify this statement.
